In the 05 to 15 performance types their standard equipment comprises a circulation pump for heating water. Their ingenious regulation enables the HPBW heat pump to operate either independently in mono-energetic operation, or as connected to an existing gas or oil boiler. The heat pump always operates as the main heat source and the existing boiler becomes a supplementary or backup heat source.

In the technical respect and particularly from the point of view of functionality and included equipment, the HPWW series of heat pumps is the same as the HPBW heat pumps. However as a consequence of a higher temperature of the primary energy source, the COP’s will be higher.
