The PZP KOMPLET a.s. company is one of the leading manufacturers of vacuum engineering in the Czech Republic. It goes in for the design and manufacture of vacuum furnaces, devices of vacuum surfacing, vacuum devices for impregnation of winding. It furthermore deals with manufacture of special single-purpose machines and devices, manufacturing vacuum parts – chambers, valves, joining pieces on order.
The design and technical preparation of manufacturing is provided by own design department with 3D modelling programs, drawing documentation creation, testing, creation of software for industrial control computers and PLC systems.
The basis of the manufacture is modern machinery, measuring and testing equipment. Besides construction parts of own production, component parts from leading world manufacturers are used in the construction of devices.
The overall equipment and the space possibilities of production premises, the good organization of manufacturing and the long-time economic stability of the company enable to accomplish contracts of a large extent.

The manufactured devices are characterised by their excellent mechanic structure and industrial computer control enabling to archive data of technological processes. They are manufactured to be used in the range of low or high vacuum or inert gas atmosphere.

The manufactured devices are used for application of various films onto glass, plastics, ceramics or metals in the optical, electrical or automobile industries, jewellery production and machinery industry. Examples can be application of resistant coatings onto cutting tools, special mirrors manufacturing or decorative purposes in the glass industry, creation of optical layers on lenses and mirrors in the optics, application of reflex coatings in the automobile industry.
