

The manufactured devices are used for application of various films onto glass, plastics, ceramics or metals in the optical, electrical or automobile industries, jewellery production and machinery industry. Examples can be application of resistant coatings onto cutting tools, special mirrors manufacturing or decorative purposes in the glass industry, creation of optical layers on lenses and mirrors in the optics, application of reflex coatings in the automobile industry.
Vacuum apparatuses for metal coating are mostly fitted with steaming technology using resistor evaporators or magnetrons for the process of powder application. Automatic control of the process based on evaluation of applied layers is a matter of course. The manufactured devices are characterized by their outstanding mechanic design and industrial computer control with possibility to archive process data.
For the PLATIT company, a supplier of technological devices applying abrasion-resistant layers onto cutting tools, we manufacture the following machine parts:
VNA600 – a vacuum steaming apparatus for the optical industry; a pumping system with turbo-molecular vacuum pump; the working space of the recipient has a diameter of 500 mm and a height of 450 mm, furnished with two curtain-equipped resistor evaporators, a ionization discharge electrode, a hanging rotary jig with stepless regulation, halogen warming, measurement of thin layers and automatic regulation of inert gasses. The control of the whole apparatus by means of an industrial computer with graphic interface ensuring fully automatic operation including steaming of layers, process data collecting and an option of remote visualization of the process.
