For degassing, soldering, annealing and vacuum or inert gas atmosphere quenching. An example of vacuum furnace application may be relieving material stresses after forming processes, component parts cleaning (degassing), capillary soldering and the like.

The manufactured devices are characterised by their excellent mechanic structure and industrial computer control enabling to archive data of technological processes. They are manufactured to be used in the range of low or high vacuum or inert gas atmosphere.



Description of some devices:

  • VP350 – a vertical vacuum furnace for capillary soldering and bright annealing. The soldered joints are vacuum-tight, mechanically strong. Soldering using various solder types on the basis of copper, nickel, silver and similar. Soldering temperatures up to 1150°C, the maximum temperature in the furnace is 1200°C. The furnace can be in operation in the range of both high and low vacuum or in inert gas atmosphere. Joined parts do not mechanically distort, it is possible to join different materials such as steel, stainless steel, copper and the like. The dimensions of the furnace working space are 300 mm in the height and 300 mm in the diameter. The whole apparatus is controlled by means of an industrial computer with a graphic interface ensuring fully automatic operation of the furnace, process data collecting and the possibility of remote visualization of the process.
  • VP500 – a vertical vacuum furnace for component parts degassing in the electrical and optical industries. It is equipped with a pumping system including a cryogenic vacuum pump. The vertical cylindrical recipient of the furnace has working space with a diameter of 600 mm and a height of 900 mm. Operating temperature is 450°C, furnace operation is possible in the range of both high and low vacuum or in inert gas atmosphere. The whole apparatus is controlled by means of an industrial computer with a graphic interface ensuring fully automatic operation of the furnace, process data collecting and the possibility of remote visualization of the process.
  • VP800 – a vertical vacuum furnace for component parts degassing in the electrical and optical industries. It is equipped with a pumping system with a cryogenic vacuum pump. The horizontal cylindrical recipient of the furnace is in-built in a wall where the loading hatch with the control panel is in a clean zone and other furnace parts are in a machinery room.  Furnace loading by means of a truck capable to be loaded with a batch weighing up to 300 kg. Operating temperature of 450°C; operation is possible in the range of both high and low vacuum or in inert gas atmosphere. The whole apparatus is controlled by means of an industrial computer with a graphic interface ensuring fully automatic operation of the furnace, process data collecting and the possibility of remote visualization of the process.
