Ventilation unit PZP Ekonomik TCLH manufactured as horizontal (lying) equipment (hereinafter referred to as ‘the TCLH unit’) is a compact, air-conditioning facility assembled together with a complete cooling circuit with a working filling of coolant and oil. Once it has been properly connected to external air-conditioning distribution lines and to the mains supply, the TCLH unit is ready for commissioning.
The TCLH unit consists of three independently transportable parts that are mounted together during assembly to create a whole
- The first (inlet), ‘filtration’ part contains filters both for supplied air (filtration class - EU3) and discharged air (filtration class - EU2).
- The second (central), ‘energetic’ part is the main functional component. It secures all energetic functions; i.e. heat recovery, supplied air cooling or warming and the operation of the complete cooling circuit, or rather of a heat pump that is a part of this component. This central part also contains a control box operating as a power switchboard as well as a control part for the entire unit, including its controlling components and operational status signaling.
- The third (outlet), ‘fan’ part consists of fans conveying both supplied and discharged air.
The advantages of the separated structure are: Variability, flexibility, and mainly
- easier transport
- possible ‘left-hand’ or ‘right-hand’ manufacturing
- possible adaptation of the ‘filtration’ part to specific requirements for the quality of filtration
- possible adaptation of the ‘fan’ part to specific requirements for external static pressure
- possible alternative modifications of the ‘energetic’ part to working in low external temperatures
- possible deliveries of the ‘energetic’ part alone to a customer who wishes to secure the other functions of his ventilation equipment with his own components.
All parts are assembled in frames of aluminum profiles. The frame creates a load-bearing structure for the panels of insulated cladding.
The TCLH unit is manufactured in two performance sizes differring mainly in their air, cooling, and heating performance as well as in the available external static pressure of fans usable in air-conditioning distribution lines.
The cooling circuit of the TCLH unit works with an ecologically safe cooling agent.
The automatic operation of the TCLH unit is secured by digital microprocessor regulators.
The TCLH unit can work in these operational modes:
- Ventilation with heat recuperation between supplied and removed air
- Cooling of supplied ventilation air
- Heating of supplied ventilation air by a heat pump
- Heating of supplied air under extreme conditions by means of a heat pump and by throttling the flow rate of supplied and removed air
- Heating of supplied air with preheating by an electric heater
- Plate-type recuperators defrosting by means of interior air circulation
- Evaporator defrosting by means of cooling circuit reversation
