Initial provisions
PZP KOMPLET a.s. with its head office at Semechnice 132, CZ-518 01 Dobruška, incorporated in the Companies Register kept by the Regional Court in Hradec Králové, section B, insertion 1990, Ident. No. 25932161, Tax ident. No. CZ25932161 is the owner and operator of the internet sites www.pzp.cz and it is authorised to exercise its rights in property to these internet sites as consistent with the Act No.121/2000 Sb., the Author’s Act (hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”).
All the author’s rights to the entire content which the Operator places on the www.pzp.cz sites including any text, design of the sites, technical drawings, graphics, any figures on these sites as well as selection and form of the files being contained on these sites belong to the Operator.
When using these sites, Operator’s and users´ rights and duties shall be governed by these Rules. These Rules cover all the people visiting the sites (hereinafter referred to as the “Users”). The User expresses his/her consent to the Rules by entering any of the www sites of the Operator or by using any of the information placed within the scope of the Operator’s www sites. Unless expressly stated otherwise, releasing any data or information on the www.pzp.cz sites has not nature of any legal act, except of this document.
Information gathering and utilization
Access to the www.pzp.cz sites can be conditional on the part of the Operator upon providing some User’s personal data within the meaning of the Act No. 101/2000 Sb. of personal data protection and - as the case may be, other acts as amended. In such a case, the Operator must treat those data in accordance with the valid legal regulations.
Personal data passing on
The Operator cooperates with companies which render to the Operator various services. If authorised to do so, these companies can treat User’s personal data on handling the information only when performing their duties and they may not use them for any other purpose. The Operator does not sell, pass on and disclose any personal data to third parties.
However, the Operator reserves the right to use or pass on any information that will be necessary for satisfying legal regulations, net integrity protection, fulfilment of a User’s requirement or any judicial inquiry and investigation into a public interest cause.
If the User wishes to correct his/her personal data that the Operator has got, the User can ask for it on the e-mail address info@pzp.cz or the postal address mentioned above.
Cookies
“Cookies” are information being transmitted from the internet site to the PC hard disc of the User. The Cookies enable to keep in the internet site memory the important information so that they can ease further use of the site by the User.
Similarly as the majority of internet sites, the Operator’s sites use cookies too. Based on anonymous data objects, the Operator monitors total number of visitors to the sites.
In case the User does not want to use the cookies or in case he/she wants the cookies use to be indicated with the internet explorer, he/she has to select the appropriate option in his/her internet explorer. If all the cookies are locked by the User, some functions of these sites become unavailable.
Other site references
On the www.pzp.cz sites there are (or can be) references to the sites not controlled by the Operator. In case the User visits any of such sites, he/she has to become familiar with personal data protection of those sites. The Operator bears no responsibility for procedures and policy of other companies.
Changes in the policy of personal data protection
The Operator reserves the right to change any way and any time its policy of the personal data protection and the current state will be always placed on these sites.
Users´ behaviour
When using the sites, the User may not interfere in safety of these sites, may not utilize these sites for transfer of harmful files and may not strive for hacking into the locations of these sites that are not opened to the public. The User is also obliged to respect the author’s rights of the Operator as to these sites.
Responsibility and jurisdiction
Any possible risks for the User flowing from his/her use of these sites are fully due to the User and the Operator bears no responsibility for them. All the disputes arisen in connection with the use of these websites shall be subject to hearing by the locally competent court in the Czech Republic and as consistent with the laws of the Czech Republic. The provisions of these conditions that become unenforceable from any reason will be deemed separable from the remaining agreements and shall have no impact on validity and enforceability of these agreements.
