The final surface treatment of metal parts is carried out on a modern continuous painting line. Thanks to 5-step pretreatment with automatic chemical dosing and parameter setting, we achieve C4 corrosion resistance. The used chemicals enable the pretreatment of stainless steel, steel, galvanized and aluminum parts. The line is equipped both for painting in automatic mode and for manual paint application of complex parts. We use powder paints from renowned manufacturers according to the customer's requirements.
Pretreatment:
- 1. grade - alkaline degreasing
- 2. grade - rinse with water
- 3. grade - rinse with demineralized water, then spraying
- 4. grade - passivation
- 5. grade - spraying with demineralized water
