Metalworking

Metalworking is one of the production divisions at PZP KOMPLET, and serves as the basis for other areas of activity, the production of electrical switchgear and vacuum equipment. We provide both the serial production of parts for major customers, as well as small batch or custom piece production. Our metalworking plant has a 2D laser for cutting sheet metal. This is followed by sheet metal bending on CNC bending presses, round bending, MIG/MAG and TIG welding of metal materials, robotic welding in serial production. In addition, we perform standard cutting, drilling, threading, pressing, riveting, etc. For the final surface treatment, we have a modern continuous powder coating plant. In cooperation with external suppliers we can also provide other surface treatments of materials such as wet painting, galvanizing and other electroplating, anodizing, blackening, chemical polishing, sandblasting, jet blasting, and others. We pack the manufactured parts in the agreed manner and transport them to the customer, or assemble them into units and deliver them as a whole. The quality of our products and services is always in full compliance with customer requirements, technical standards and legislation.
